We are Elena and Guillermo, a couple from Madrid, Spain, who have created this project with love and enthusiasm..

 

After 10 years together, we decided to create a common project: Gato Rainbow y Gata Moon, a bilingual children's series in which one is in charge of the educational part (Elena, pres-k and Kindergarten teacher), and the other in charge of the design and animation (Guillermo, professional illustrator and animator).

 

Although we are Spanish, we lived in Chicago, USA, for three years, where Elena worked as a preschool teacher and was able to see the many advantages of being bilingual from an early age. On the other hand, Guillermo has worked on animated series, video games, illustrating children's stories, etc.

Thus, the idea arose to make a project in which we would combine our two disciplines. After many conversations, sketches, and many hours working... Gato Rainbow & Gata Moon were born! A series that teaches basic concepts to 0-6 years old children, while facilitating the learning of English and Spanish, with a fun and eye-catching design.
